How We Clean Dryer Vents:
- We move the dryer away from the wall and perform any necessary diagnostics.
- We attach a vacuum blowing outwards to the vent.
- We use a set-up featuring rods and drills to capture lint. The flexible rods can make necessary 90-degree turns, and the rotation of the drill action really scrubs lint from the vent.
- The technician moves the drill/rod/brush in and out repeatedly while the vacuum blows from the inside.
All in all, this is an extremely effective method for dryer duct or exhaust cleaning.
